Meagan Schlichting, M.C.D., CCC-SLP
Meagan is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a special interest in speech sound disorders and language development in early childhood. She has a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina and has 14 years of pediatric speech therapy experience. She has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, teletherapy, and schools. Meagan holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is licensed in Arizona.
Meagan is trained in Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC), an evidence-based treatment for Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She has experience using a variety of approaches to address phonological disorders and uses multisensory cues to support learning. She thrives on deciphering children’s speech sound systems and making connections with kids to help them reach communication goals.
